My son and daughter-in-law are planning their first big trip on their own.  They are heading to Honolulu in February.  They will be there to attend a college baseball tourney, and will be there for one week.  They have driven miles to watch baseball, but this is their first long flight; my son has never flown.

 

So, I am looking for helpful hints that you have learned in your travels.  Anything to help them with the headaches they might encounter in air travel, to dealing with time changes would be helpful.  Bonus would be any helpful information about their destination.  From favorite food to best sunset....

 

This is also to be considered a belated honeymoon.  For whatever reason, they never really went on one when they were married.
